Repligen and Engineered Molding Technology

Habitat’s mission wouldn’t be possible without the partnership of local companies. In 2020, Repligen acquired Engineered Molding Technology (EMT), a locally based manufacturing company serving the biopharmaceutical industry.  Together the organizations have worked tirelessly through the COVID-19 pandemic to supply critical technologies and systems used in the production of COVID-19 vaccines and therapeutics on the market and/or in development.  James Slaughter, Chief Human Resources Officer at Repligen, said, “It is a great pleasure to support Habitat for Humanity’s Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties”. This will be a highlight of our company-wide Community Outreach week, during which employees are encouraged to step away from their jobs and devote time and passion to making a positive difference in the communities where we operate and live. As a trusted partner in the production of biological drugs that help to improve human health worldwide, this is a fantastic opportunity to also be a trusted partner in serving local needs – and what better way than to help create a home for a deserving family.”
